- Is able to work alone on a goal.
- Is organized (has a clean car/house and a planner)
- Who only checks social media less than 4x a week.
This style of coaching includes:
- 1 hour of coaching, This can be spread throughout the month or within two days (30 minutes over 2 days) .
- Includes travel planning if desired.
- Includes re-assessment of goals and discussions of how to get to them.
- Month -to- Month basis.
