- Who likes to call/text the same people weekly.
This style of coaching includes:
- 48 hours of coaching per month, This has to be spread apart throughout the month.
- Includes monthly budget.
- Includes 2 weeks worth of grocery list under 60$ per person.
- Includes travel planning if desired.
- Includes re-assessment of goals and discussions of how to get to them.
- Includes Bi-weekly motivational interviewing sessions.
- Must be bought on a Month -to- Month basis.
